Good vision from the CEO and Chief People Officer. Good attempt to provide a good Life/Work Balance and a good culture. At a high level, the executives are worthy of following. Overall, even with growing pains, a good company to work for

Cons

Some departments are in a constant state of flux, giving the feeling that at the department levels, the overall company vision is lost. Many good, hardworking employees are overlooked for promotions and the more social media active employees are rewarded more favorably. This leads to the feeling that quiet employees aren't appreciated. The overall culture is good, but some departments aren't promoting the company's cultural vision.
