Great supportive management, clear roles and responsibilities. Employees can feel a good sense of contribution with their own ideas and ownership of deliverables. Company promotes effective remote work, and employees are very engaged.

Cons

The remote work culture means that less face time, so it can be a challenge for people relying on in-person training and whiteboard based brain storming.
