The culture at Calix is great and it is very clear that leadership wants to continue to foster an excellent culture as Calix grows. My colleagues have been amazing from day 1 and continue to be supportive, collaborative, and caring.

Cons

Calix is growing rapidly which does include some growing pains. This has been a focus of leadership to maintain a healthy relationship between growth and work-life balance.

Calix keeps their employees first while doing whatever it takes to gain and retain customers correctly. Existing employees have the potential to progress their careers with the company through rapid growth and focus on great employees remaining with the company.

Cons
