Pros

The best reason to work at Calix are the people. Since joining the company in November I have had the honor of working with some very innovative people. The culture is welcoming, informative and positive. The access all employees have to leadership is very different from the large company culture I came from.

Cons

Calix has a lot of products and information to digest. The orientation has a lot of training information to go through. Which is not really a con, just something to be aware of.
