      Might need to work long hours but the management appreciate what you do hence if you are okay to put in extra hours when needed it is great.

      Outstanding sales environment!

      Sales is a challenging field, and Calix supports field sales people with education, technical support, and guidance to help reach goals. Great support with helping to “engage” with all levels of a customers employee hierarchy, from the c-level on down.

      Cons

      Aggressive quota growth year over year based on subsidy funding projections is a unique way to set goals.
