I have had the pleasure of meeting so many people all around the world. We are a work from anywhere company so it's nice to meet people from all walks of life. Calix offers great benefits including ESPP, flexible time off and recharge days.

Cons

Very meeting heavy, you will have to learn to juggle workload in between meetings.

We hear and understand the feedback regarding the large number of meetings. As a company that is growing so quickly we are a bit meeting heavy to help incorporate the continuous addition of new team members. We hope adding Calix Recharge Days has been helpful in this regard. Having said that, there is always room for improvement. We appreciate your suggestion of encouraging more focus time over meetings.
