Culture is everything and Calix works hard to maintain the culture here. I joined the company a few months ago and one of the things that impressed me during the interview process was the great attitude of all those I interviewed with. After being here for a few months, I have found the same attitude in everyone I work with.

Pros

Calix treats Interns like employees, so you feel like you're part of the team for the length of time you're there. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help out newcomers. There also seems to be a good work-life balance.

Cons

For someone with limited networking/Telco experience, it's difficult to navigate this field for the first time (especially as a Product Management Intern).
