For an engineer looking to work on new technologies this is a great company to work for. There are lots of innovative projects going on and a culture where new ideas are celebrated.

Cons

Online/remote culture means you need to work at switching off for personal time. It would be easy to work all the time.

Full work from home environment is embraced by all employees. Video calls are encouraged and help build relationships virutally Technology and resources provided are great, laptop, iPad, two monitors, dock, camera, monthly home internet stipend etc.

Cons

Growing company that can be very busy at times, so you need to embrace it. International nature of company can lead to occasional (once a week) early mornings and/or late night meetings depending on your time zone.
