      Good for early starters to learn in fast paced culture

      Pros

      - Descent employee benefits (Food, Cab, WFH Furniture, Health Covers, Fitness Allowance) - Regular ERG events with prizes and fun outings. - Employee Wellbeing programmes - Flexibility in work - For starters you get opportunity to work as IC and lot of good technologies to learn.

      Cons

      - Bad WLB, too many late night meetings - Management is not easy to reach and not very helpful - No hikes and promotion even after being exceptional performer as company is in cost saving mode. - You will not find brilliant minds here.

      Pros

      A terrific environment where one has the ability to develop their strategy, build the plan and execute it. Calix fosters an openness to challenge thinking, be creative and change the game. If you love to drive change, work in an environment where continuous learning is encouraged and expected and the pace is flat out, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Need to have the ability to adapt and pivot as required. Need to embrace change and accept resiliency needed to thrive in that environment.
