Calix allows me to work remotely and truly impact our customers' business. We are helping our customers transform their subscribers' experience with software platforms and new ways of thinking. At Calix, I am not identified by my employee number, but by my name and my contribution to the business.

Cons

There are no cons that stand out. Since I joined 2 years ago, I have seen nothing but a forward progression, drive to succeed and truly helping our customer succeed.

Culture is very collaborative and it is a collection of great individuals who all want to serve their customers. The relationships with customers are excellent and the organization pivots around customers.

Cons

As a smaller company in many areas processes are still maturing which leads to a lot of manual effort.
