      We've created one the best cultures where we inspire each other, help each other and take care of each other. We want each employee to succeed because their success is the company's success. The Exec team is transparent and we are building something very special that everyone wants to be a part of.

      Con which is a Pro, is that we are growing so quickly its hard to get to know each new person coming into the company
