      Pros

      Great people throughout the organization, all of whom are very supportive of one another and are focused on the success of our customers. A WFH culture is also a bonus as it means I can spend more time with my family. The company's strategic direction is also a very big Pro. We are changing an industry and to be a part of this is inspiring

      You work a lot, and sometimes my travel schedule can get a bit overwhelming.

      Pros

      A fantastic culture where everyone's contributions not only matter, and make a difference, but are counted on and sought. We're on a strategy to enable leading CSPs around the world literally change the lives of their subscribers, and the companies themselves, and that's very exciting.

      Cons

      There is so much opportunity I almost always feel compelled to work long and hard days to ensure we move as fast as we need to go.

      Toxic HR climate, driven by HR people who don’t think how to motivate but rather how to prevent costs. Delivery of the vision is lagging.
