      In 2022, I rejoined Calix for the second time. I first joined Calix in 2015 as a Senior Technical Recruiter, left in 2018, and returned in 2022, With nearly 20 years of experience across five positions in four companies since graduation, and from my perspective as a seasoned HR professional, I find Calix to be an excellent employer, worth joining and staying with for the long term. Pros: *Leading technologies which keep Calix a leading role in the industry and stable business as well. *Open and respectful culture, Flexible working time leads to a good work life balance and great experience. *Nice people, highly skilled colleagues

      Pros

      My leader cares about me, always reminds me to take time off when the project is less busy; The team - I enjoy working with my team members in China The culture - our Talent & Culture team in China has adopted the same Calix culture in China, and there are so many re-hires working in our office

      We have a high bar for the quality of the software we develop and a tight schedule for the cadence release, sometimes, I feel like I don't have enough time to learn anything else
