      Great customers who are very loyal and care deeply about their communities. A hardworking, dedicated team of professionals across the organization. Market leading products are aligned to customer needs and deliver differentiable value.

      Calix has a high performance culture and environment that can be too demanding for some. Calix is a fast paced, entrepreneurial company that requires a degree of flexibility and a level of energy that may not be the right fit for some.

      Pros

      the company culture I must say is world class. I have worked with both small and very large (Fortune 100) entities and I must say this culture that this company provides is world class and top notch. What is even more exciting is the energy and investment the senior leadership provides to its employees is all about "Taking Care of Our OWN, and our Partners"

      Cons

      Not really any CONS other than given a smaller organization, wearing multiple hats is a requirement for success. You might consider that a CON but I consider it an opportunity to show your skills across many areas!
