      - Excellent product suite, best in class - Strong relationship with customer community - Belief in leadership to guide the organization down the right path for future growth - Despite economic downturn continuing to add headcount while many other organizations in IT are having to do mass layoffs - Remote working is fully embraced and Calix provides necessary tools for success - Aggressive compensation and benefit packages

      - Work life balance could be a challenge at times, however I don't mind given how much i believe in the organization and the fact that i enjoy my role
