Calix is an excellent company to work for. I am very optimistic about Calix's future and have nothing but great things to say about the culture and the team I'm surrounded by. Cons
Some people may say that there is an extensive interview process (I had 9, 30 minute interviews), but I think that is important for Calix to vet the candidate and vice versa. I enjoyed meeting the greater Calix team as part of my interview process. Secondly, as others have alluded to, there is a meeting heavy culture here at Calix, but it helps keeps teams aligned and focused on delivering the best customer experience.
