Good and interesting products, strong engineering talent (formerly) in U.S. and Nanjing. Proud to contribute to NGPON2 effort at leading edge of industry.

Cons

All SVP level management are utterly inept charlatans. Company has placed nearly all development effort with Infosys. Development management degenerated to finger pointing. A formerly great company sent to ruins by the worst management that I ever suffered. I left by my own choice while it still was my choice. The last 3 years were a nightmare of wasted intense effort and wasted life.

Great vision, very bright and intelligent team. Unwavering focus on customers has created almost cult-like following in the industry.

New management team from outside industry. Jury still out on whether this will be successful.
