      1. People-Oriented: Calix ensures that employees feel valued and supported. 2. Flexible Work Options: Offers 20 work-from-home days per quarter, contributing to a better work-life balance. 3. Excellent Benefits: Provides cab facilities and free lunch and many more which is enhancing the overall work experience. 4. Challenging Work Environment: Employees work on innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology, fostering professional growth. 5. Supportive Culture: Promotes collaboration and teamwork, making the work impactful and meaningful.

      Not much from my side. Some from below; 1. Work-Life Balance: The fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to long working hours. 2. Day care Facility : Currently, Calix India does not provide day care facilities. While the hybrid flexible work option is appreciated, some employees feel that having a day care program would be beneficial
