Pros
Salary and benefits are generous. Most Individual contributors care and work hard. They do have some good technology and know how to sell.
Cons
No leadership! More importantly C staff will clean house every few years just to shake things up. What a great motivation tool, not! When push comes to shove Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves. The Best leaders were forced out a few years ago because they weren't yes men as with most of today's management. Don't be fooled by the dog and pony show as its all smoke and mirrors. Never have made money. Marketing is Questionable if they can compete with the Tier 1s
