      Horrible Culture

      Pros

      During my first 3 years, the company was great. Awesome co-workers and positive environment.

      Cons

      Now the water is black. The CEO,no longer runs the ship and has left it in the hands of HR. Why would a company do that? When will it be recognized that HR is driving the company and culture aground? HR is not in a support/morale booster role, but rather is controlling the company's overall business.

      Pros

      Intelligent people, comfortable work spaces, lots of free lunches.

      Cons

      HR is untrustworthy, and has transformed an open culture into a very political one. Too much focus on street performance and rewarding investors, and not enough focus on rewarding employees for their contributions towards those successes.

      Pros

      Challenging assignments, lots of work but reasonable expectations. Company runs lean but this is a good thing because this means none of the typical layoff stress. But they do let people go due to performance.

      Cons

      Lots of work and high expectations due to lean staffing. Company is so focused on the core strategy that other opportunities are often over looked.
