Cons

With company growth comes some levels of discomfort. Internal (and external) processes must adapt. New roles are being created to meet the new demands. I don't necessarily consider this a con, but I will include that here so prospective applications understand they will likely be asked to trailblaze within their role.

Calix is a family first company and truly cares about all of their employees on a personal level. The work-life balance is amazing, all teams are very supportive of one another, and they do a great job of building a strong culture even with remote employees.

Cons

Fast paced and growing quickly. Workloads fluctuate often.
