Senior management fosters a toxic environment, where open communication and innovation are neither encouraged nor welcomed. There's little to no freedom to implement new technical ideas or drive change, which makes growth and creativity nearly impossible. Additionally, the management lacks competence and vision, further contributing to a frustrating and demotivating workplace experience. Overall, not a place where professionals can thrive or feel valued.
