      Flailing without a vision

      Pros

      Decent pay, unlimited PTO you can actually use, solid benefits, very little office politics.

      Cons

      There hasn't been a solid strategic vision communicated out since Carl stepped down as CEO. Strategic priorities are around revenue, and they're aimlessly pursuing anything AI or security because that seems to be what's hot.

      Great Organization - Excellent Benefits and Focus on W/L Balance

      Pros

      - Great pay, people, and customers - Growing organisation with industry leading platform - No executive shield. Employee feedback is a major priority at Calix, and you encouraged to provide feedback on all things good and bad at the company. Leadership takes all feedback to implement future change.

      Cons

      - Plenty of change YoY. Not necessarily a con you must be adaptable as Calix continues to innovate - Not the strongest onboarding process for new employees. It can be difficult to find information you are looking for. The benefit is that you are surrounded by people who are available to help, and that you can lean on to get information needed
