Pros

Good overall culture, people care in general. Co-workers are willing to help. I haven't heard anyone say: "That's not my job".

Cons

The top of the leadership is all sales, all the time. Would be nice to have a balanced and truthful acknowledgement of reality when things are not 100% rosy, not just lip service to that fact.

The best part is that the company is very purpose-driven around helping our partners and their communities. It's an environment that makes each day rewarding.

Cons

No company is perfect and the biggest area of opportunity is that the company has grown so quickly over the past few years that there are ever-changing processes and systems.
