      1. Personable - you could connect with CEO through many and any forum, and talk through your ideas. Any major natural disaster, Calix Emergency services are the first ones to locate you & confirm if you need any assistance. 2. Entrepreneurial - no micro management, just enough direction to keep you focused and direct you to right sources, but you own the execution 3. Deeply cares about customer & their success - we start with what success of customer looks like and do not stop working on that relationship, after a sales booking is recorded. Great industry steward!

      1. Fluid, so may not have well structured processes - working on so many new things that it will take time 2. Coworker camaraderie (or lack of sometimes) - United in mission and passion, but reluctant to connect socially 3. Yearly increments are like a Tier 1 carrier - not like a growth, tech company 4. Stock as part of compensation hasn’t yielded expected value - stock price volatile
