      Calix Is Awesome!

      Pros

      Simply put, Calix is an awesome place to work. Coming from a large Telco background it is so refreshing to work for a company that is nimble, forward thinking and actually executes on their vision. Diverse culture, transparency, inclusion, flexibility and a great salary\benefits top the list for me.

      Cons

      In some instances recognition doesn't always trickle down to those deserving.
