      People are approachable, professional and knowledgeable. Great culture that supports Working from Anywhere and flexible hours.

      Pros

      The environment is fast paced so if you like a slow and steady pace, this probably isn't the right company for you. Calix has a purposeful culture which makes you feel like your work is incredibly impactful. The team is awesome to work with. Everyone is really supportive (and genuinely nice) and working towards the same goals. The leadership team is transparent and practices what they preach. They understand the market and are great about articulating the vision.

      Cons

      This is a pro and a con. This is a really fast paced work environment. We move fast, really fast, which can result in long days, but even the long days go by fast.
