The organization also hosts sports tournaments for badminton, volleyball, throwball, and cricket. Quarterly team-building initiatives are outstanding, enhancing work-life balance. 4. The flexible hybrid work culture and adjustable working hours further improve employee satisfaction, with a significant absence of micromanagement.
