      Company continues to re-invent itself to the market needs. Company has always focused on providing solutions for unified Access networks and smart premises. There is enough challenging work for those who enjoy such an environment. Working in a company of this size, you can own and influence much larger domain, giving you ample opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Geographically distributed teams across many timezones. On other hand, that helps keep the wheels moving almost 24x7!
