Pros

Callaway makes great products, the R & D is top notch. Compensation is good if you can put up with the constant change and BS.

Cons

Share some of the downsides of working aStill trying to hold onto the success from 15-20 years ago. They have been slowly loosing direction and market share since the passing of Ely Callaway. There has been a revolving door of management and business focus becasue of the turnover. Callaway unfortunatly for them is one of the last remaining "Big Boys" of golf equipment that is not owned and managed by a company with much deeper pockets than Callaway has, i.e. Addidas, Nike, Fila. t Callaway Golf.

Pros

-Nice building -Good benefits -Some good looking girls

Cons

-Personal looks mean more than personal performance. -Have to be part of the boys club to get anywhere. -Bunch of 8 - 5 slackers. Even in R&D. -Lack of commitment to products. -Politics -Living in the past of the Bertha thinking eventually they'll get market share back.
