Pros

Lots of knowledgeable people, set up with tools to succeed. I learned A LOT and FAST, because I had to. That's not for everyone. But hey, looks good on a resume. Every day can feel mundane and the same, but the people make it fun.

Cons

Not exactly the most pristine management and leaders. No steady workflow. It can be a very stressful environment, often. But you have tools to succeed if you look for them yourself and ask around.
