Pros
Calpine is the largest power generation company in the United States by total number of stations owned. This size is managed well with a relatively small group of dedicated professionals. The company truly places their health and well-being of their staff first by providing good benefits and fully supporting a work / life balance where many other similar power stations ownership companies far short. The strong long-term staff retention and employee satisfaction shows that Calpine would a great fit for all future employment candidates
Cons
The size of the organization will require patience to get up to speed. The on boarding process could have been better organized.
