Pros
I've had the opportunity to work whit an incredible group of professionals who are respectful and highly knowledgeable in the industry. My boss is an expert in their field and an excellent leader. The company is attentive to your entire training process, which makes the onboarding experience much smoother.
Cons
For some, the location might be a downside since it's distant from metropolitan areas, However, for those willing to move to the nearby areas, they are beautiful, and the people are very friendly.
