      Good benefits and decent pay. Probably lower pay than surrounding plants.

      Cons

      Constant change in management, now acquisition has everyone concerned. Won't spend any money, just run to fail mentality.

      Steady employment, decent benefits, good people to work with. interesting industry that is always changing due to market conditions. they provide good jobs for this area.

      working for corporate offices and executives not located in this area sometimes brings a disconnect between corporate initiatives and procedures and what we think works best here.
