      Pros are it’s a great company in terms of benefits and colleagues. It’s a stable role and is a niche sector

      Cons

      Cons are that the goalposts of what’s a basic function of job duty are constantly changing. Expectations of a promotion is near impossible. Issues out of your control are seen as the fault of the lower employee, never of management. Often times find self taking work home.
