Pros

Job is going well. Started out slow due to the holidays but has picked up. Calpine appears to be a very strong organization and well positioned in the market.

Cons

Not sure if they fully understand how retail sales works. They Calpine purchased Champion, an existing company and are trying to change how the market works. Its weird. You wouldn't buy a McDonald s and start selling pizza.

Pros

Always busy but in a laid back environment. Great training and very positive co-workers. Everyone has made me feel super comfortable since day 1. Plus great perks like catered breakfast and snacks.

Cons

I really can't think of anything negative. The only thing I could complain about is that there is no fan built into the bathroom.
