      Pros

      Great benefits, fair pay, annual stock awards and bonuses. Great coworkers. Managers understand work life balance is important. Good PTO.

      Cons

      Need more career progression info. Pointless metrics used to track things no one really cares about. Corporate departments do not always work well with plants. They put out various guidelines or procedures that have nothing to do with policy and just make a lot of work.
