      Pros

      Company provides free breakfasts. Great benefits and pretty relaxed schedule as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth. Some managers they have on the team are pretty questionable. Not a fan of their bonus structure either. It's very cut throat as bonus pools are shared amongst your peers.

      Good benefit, good peoples plants seem to be a stable place of employment for the long haul and possibly in to your retirement.

      Cons

      management does seem to have there favorites and can have a hard time understating what it is they exactly want from time to time.
