      Company doesnt care about employee concerns from Director to HR. Al they want to do is waste money, add work that adds no value, create paperwork that wastes time, alot of turnover.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits and parts of the company are a fun working environment Powerplant portfolio are good assets on which to base a merchant fleet.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, while the executives are intelligent it is a good old boys club that no one can break into without the executive washroom key. If Thad Hill likes you, you're in and your bonuses will be good. If he doesn't, you are stuck in a wasteland or out the door. You are expected to work very long hours and forgo any sort of work/life balance.
