Business Outlook
Pros
The company supports their employees and you feel valued and appreciated. The benefits are great too! With having previously worked in the private sector, I appreciate the "little things" that a private business can offer. Bonuses, lunches, driving compensation, clothing etc... can go a long way.
Cons
With offices all over the country, sometime there is a dissconnect between offices. Sometimes employees that have been around a long time can seem a little jaded but they need to realize how good they have it compared to other companies.
