      Good benefits and decent pay. Probably lower pay than surrounding plants.

      Cons

      Constant change in management, now acquisition has everyone concerned. Won't spend any money, just run to fail mentality.

      Pros

      Benefits are ok, wage/salary is competitive with energy sector. It's really hard to come up with 20 words that would give this company positive feedback.

      Cons

      Plant Managers have no control over their facility they are Micro managed. Not people oriented Texas senior operation management make sure plant managers are doing as they are told regardless of policy. If your not a yes man, your out!!Hostile work environment.
