If you want to work for a company that doesn't care about their employees this is a company to work for. I worked for them for over 17 years and was let go due to economic hardships that the company is . The management is a joke and the employees have more experience than the managers they work for.

Poorly trained managers so don't expect any team development.Lip service to ethics and safety when when they directly conflict with money.The say they promote from within but it is clearly more lip service as they hire from outside.Increasing medical costs and lowering raises...figure it out.
