      Pros

      Great place to learn the business. So many long timers are willing to teach about the industry. You will gain advanced excel skills if you put in the effort. Not a lot of micromanaging. If you are doing your work it’s obvious in numbers. Offering semi flexible work from home schedule.

      Cons

      If you want to advance it helps to be part of the “good ol boys” club. I have seen way too many managers hiring college buddies, or managers hiring their golf buddies. For women it’s not about skills it’s about looks. Few women in upper management. Open floor office plan with ego maniac managers makes the environment uncomfortable. Extremely high turn over in the last year. Not willing to advance with the times. HR in the local office is absolutely horrible. If you have a question be ready to wait 1 month for an answer
