Mostly everyone that I've met has had a great attitude and sense of duty. Nobody is in a huge rush to get a task done due to the concentration on safety and accuracy. I acquired a sense of pride working here. Calpine is very involved in our local communities. I am amazed of thee amount of benefits that Calpine offers.

Cons

Long commute. However, due to the geographic location, this is completely unavoidable.
