      Free breakfast and sometimes lunch pre covid Everyone is super nice Log your 9-5 never taking work home

      Cons

      Little to no movement. Low yearly merit increases that often did not meet CPI. Resistant to change. President is old fashioned and not with the current times

      Very good salary. people are very nice and help with welcoming me to the Calpine family.

      Cons

      Benefits needs to be more aligned with the industry standard. PTO time not given to new employees coming on board, some amount of time needs to be given in the beginning.
