top heavy.... people like to stick around because its a great place to, there are still opportunities but there is a lag and many of the higher-level folks are older with an antiquated approach to using technology and approaching issues differently. HR is also pretty slow with certain things. depending on the department, you'll wear a lot of hats (this is sometimes a pro but also often a con)
