      Pros

      Employees are hard workers and very friendly. I've learned a lot from them.

      Cons

      No upward mobility within the company and upper management does not care about employees. Most lower level management are lazy, pass their work onto others but get paid substantially more than the hard working staff

      Great professional and knowledgeable people, very pleasant environment, everyone willing to offer their knowledge, everyone is so warm and inviting. The work is challenging and interesting. Nice rest/eating areas.

      I really don't see any cons/downsides of working here. I'm very happy with everything.
