Best management ive ever worked under. truly care about their people, always provide great feedback to grow and learn from, and never fail to notice when youre working your butt off. Next, for a younger worker, this place is the best for new grads / few years out from graduation. you are not confined to a task, you have ample opportunity to grow your skills. BREAKFAST, CATERED, DAILY! You can have your ping pong tables, your corporate park, etc. I will choose a company that provides a gourmet breakfast to each employee every single day over any other company perk, seriously the amount of time / money saved thanks to Calpine's generous food budget is breath taking.
