Pros

Incredible company culture. Leadership is open to hearing new ideas. Work atmosphere is fun and informal. Good place for recent college grads to work for a company the will recognize and reward quickly.

Cons

Have to work extra depending on client demands and deadlines Need more focus on internal training

Pros

Flat organization, enables you take any opportunity that you're able to take on. Leadership does a good job of allowing strong employees to lead and mentor ship of not so strong employees.

Cons

Tons of work and fast paced. Over the years they've gotten better at managing people's workloads though!
