      Overworked, management does not listen to employees, no empowering the employees just use them.

      Pay is good, no 2 jobs are exactly the same - every project is unique in some fashion.

      Cons

      Always want you to work more and more hours as they take on more work than current staff can accomplish with no plan to staff appropriately due to unsteady workload. Hard to be able to take vacation and not have to work during it.
